Cobb Salad Sandwich Wrap: 

Chopped green onions, fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, avocados, hard boiled eggs, crisp bacon and grilled chicken are layered in a wrap of your choice.  We then add the spinach, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and crumbled bleu cheese. 

 Curried Chicken Salad: 

Back by popular demand!  Diced chicken, grapes, apples, cashews are deliciously mixed with mayo, and curry for an outstanding wrap or just have it on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce.

 Tarragon Chicken Salad:

Fresh tarragon, celery, grapes, green peppers, onions and tarragon vinegar are combined with fresh grilled  chicken and a little bit of mayonnaise and pesto to create this deliciously different chicken salad.

 Thai Turkey Wraps:

For a little culture, try our Thai wraps!

Sesame salad dressing, chunky peanut butter, and cilantro are spread over a wrap, then we add shredded carrots, white rice, and turkey.  For a little heat, ask the chef to add a dash of hot pepper to the dressing!

Celestial Tuna:

Our tuna is the best in town!  Celery, red onion, and our fresh dill mayo are blended together for an outstanding sandwich.

Heavenly Chicken Diablo:

Our most popular special is added to our menu! Cream cheese is blended with oregano, thyme, garlic and fresh sautéed mushrooms, and slathered on a plain wrap.  We then add toasted pecans sautéed with brown sugar and Dijon mustard.  Grilled chicken is added then the whole wrap is “crisp” grilled.

 Roast Beef and Red Peppers:

Pulled roast beef and red peppers are added to a sauce of mayo, horseradish, and mustard.  We add a touch of spring mix and a dash of coarse sea salt and serve on a pita fold. 

 BBT:

Basil, bacon, lettuce and tomato.  Need we say more?

 Grilled New Cuban:

This original Cuban sandwich is made of French bread, butter, mustard, swiss cheese, pickles, honey cured sweet ham, and turkey breast.

 Roast Pork with Sweet Peppers:

Sweet peppers add a sweet-briny note to these sandwiches.  Garlic, coarse sea-salt, lemon juice,  Olive oil and mayo are smeared on our fresh baked Celestial bread, then we add pulled pork and “panini” it.

 Caprese Melt:

Fresh baked celestial bread is layered with olive oil, fresh basil, prosciutto, vine ripened tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella and grilled. 

 Salmon Club:

Salmon is grilled, vine ripened tomatoes are then added with crisp bacon.  Lemon basil mayo completes this perfect sandwich.

 Montana Panini:

Avocado ranch dressing is the base for this tasty sandwich.  You will also taste turkey breast,

bacon, tomato, and cheese, inside fresh baked Celestial bread.
