Summer Salads

Mixed Greens with Berries & Honey-Glazed Walnuts: For fresh summery goodness, try this colorful salad, which showcases fresh berries, caramelized nuts and tangy feta cheese. Pureed berries for the base of the dressing, giving it a velvety texture and rich flavor. One serving provides 41% of the daily total of Vitamin A!                                                               $5.95

Fajita Salad with Creamy Cilantro-Lime Sauce: Chicken is grilled with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and olive oil, then tossed with fresh romaine, green peppers, red onion, Monterey Jack cheese, black olives, pinto beans and vine-ripened tomatoes. A dressing of sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic and chopped cilantro is drizzled over the top.             $6.45

Thai Orange Chicken Salad: Carrots, sweet red peppers, green onions and chicken are grilled with sesame oil, and then tossed with romaine lettuce and coriander. The dressing consists of peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and garlic is served on the side.                                    $6.45

Refreshing Summer Salad: Power up your lazy afternoons with this healthy and delicious green salad! It’s full of garbanzo beans, beets, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots. We serve this with our tomato vinaigrette, crumbled bacon and a dash of fresh pepper.                             $5.95

Sweet Pork Salad with Cilantro-Lime Dressing: Pork tenderloin is slow cooked with honey, brown sugar, salsa, green chilies, onion, and garlic. We then add it to fresh romaine lettuce. It is served with a ranch dressing with a twist: sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, limes, and hot sauce. Don’t miss out on this one!!                                                                                              $6.95

Sunset Salmon Grapefruit and Avocado Salad: A unique and beautiful salad with beautiful presentation – alternating avocadoes and citrus fruit. Ruby red grapefruit, avocadoes, romaine lettuce, fresh grilled, salmon, lemon zest, paprika, salt and fresh cracked pepper are the base to this salad. We make our own Poppyseed dressing using raw sugar, dry hot mustard, salt, vinegar, onion, orange juice and poppy seeds. This combination is the best and most original salad ever!                                                             $6.95
